& Dispute Policy
Dispute Resolution Procedure:

Investitionsquorum.com, operated by Investitionsquorum Management Ltd ® 2025 and based in London, UK, is committed to resolving disputes arising from our Agreement through constructive dialogue. If an amicable resolution is not reached, the dispute may be escalated to confidential arbitration by a single arbitrator in accordance with the ICC ADR Rules. The decision of the arbitrator shall be conclusive and binding on both parties.

The arbitration will be conducted in English and may take place in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines or another mutually agreed location. This ensures that the arbitration process has exclusive jurisdiction, precluding the involvement of local courts in the parties’ respective countries, as per the arbitration agreement.

Complaint Management:

When registering with Investment Quorum, you will be required to provide certain identification information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account login and password.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information upon registration and not to misrepresent or conceal your identity. If you are registering on behalf of a legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. We will treat your information with the strictest confidence, as described in our Registration and Privacy Policies.

At Investment Quorum, we place great importance on effective and transparent complaint handling for both existing and prospective retail clients. We maintain records of all complaints and the actions taken to resolve them. Our goal is to handle client concerns fairly and consistently and to provide excellent customer service.
